Ninda Dem to be the first Bhutanese to get vaccinated with the covid vaccine

Ninda Dem, 30, from Paro. She will be the first person to receive COVID vaccine at 9AM tomorrow at Lungtenzampa MSS, Thimphu. The prime mister, Dasho Dr. Lotay Tshering to be the second person.
